BSS, DHAKA: Sajedul Hossain Chowdhury (Dipu),
eldest son of Awami League Presidium Member Mofazzal Hossain
Chowdhury Maya, Bir Bikram, passed away on Saturday.
He breathed his last around 5.27 pm while undergoing treatment
at the United Hospital in the capital at the age of 53.
Earlier, he was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday, after
suffering a heart attack. As his health condition
deteriorated, he was shifted to the intensive care unit (ICU)
the following day.

Riaz Uddin Riaz confirmed the matter to the media.
Dipu is survived by his wife, two sons, a daughter and a host
of relatives and well-wishers.

expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Sajedul
Hossain Chowdhury (Dipu).
They prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and
conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
