Online Desk: Bangladesh witnessed the official launch of its first indigenous chicken brand, “Grameen Protein,” on April 30. The corporate journey began with a cake-cutting ceremony attended by the brand’s Founder & CEO, Mr. Md. Emran, with Mr. Md. Soherab Hossain Mehedi, Founder & CEO of Bestbazar, as the chief guest.
Commitment to Elevate Local Resources to National Level: The “Grameen Protein” brand will directly source native chickens from *Kolmakanda, Durgapur, and Purbadhala regions of Netrokona district, including hilly areas*, and supply them to Dhaka. This initiative aims to strengthen the rural economy while delivering *natural and nutrient-rich indigenous chicken* to urban consumers.
A New Era of Health Consciousness and Nutrition: Indigenous chickens are rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals, making them highly beneficial for health. “Grameen Protein” is committed to ensuring these nutritional benefits and providing a reliable product to health-conscious consumers* across the country.
Founder’s Statement: Mr. Md. Emran, CEO of the brand, said, “Our goal is to bring village-produced native chickens to urban doorsteps. We want every family to have access to healthy and nutritious food.”
