Md. Mijanur Rahman Akanda, Phulpur: The army distributed winter clothes in Phulpur, Mymensingh. The winter clothes were distributed among 500 needy and helpless people in the Diu area of the upazila on Tuesday.
The General Officer Commanding and Area Commander of the 19th Infantry Division of the army, Ghatail Area distributed the winter clothes. The people present expressed their gratitude for receiving such gifts from the army. The General Officer Commanding expressed his hope that the 19th Infantry Division will continue such public service activities on behalf of the Bangladesh Army in the future as well. The commander of the 77th Infantry Brigade at the headquarters and other military officers of the Ghatail region were present at the time.
Local journalists including the Phulpur Police Station were also present at the event in the moment.
