Staff Reporter: Certificates, honors and awards have been given to the scholarship recipients of Dhaka Divisional Kindergarten Teachers Society for the year 2024. The award distribution ceremony was held at the Tongir Amjad Ali Sarkar Pilot Girls’ High School and College auditorium on Saturday afternoon.
The program was presided over by the organization’s president SM Sobahan Iqbal, and freedom fighter Dr. Nazim Uddin Ahmed, trustee and founder of Gonoshasthaya Kendra and founder of Amjad Ali Sarkar Pilot High School and College, was present as the chief guest. The program, conducted by Alhaj Md. Rawnak Uddin, General Secretary of Dhaka Divisional Kindergarten Teachers Society, was addressed as special guests by Principal Md. Abdur Razzak Miah, former President of Tongi Press Club Syed Atiq, advisor of the organization Kazi Nurul Amin Babu, Lion Abul Kashem Khan Swapan, Tahidul Islam, Shamim Ahmed and Ahidullah.
In his speech as the chief guest, Dr. Nazim Uddin Ahmed said that in addition to being good students, every student should be developed as a person with good and moral values, and for this, teachers and guardians should play a leading role.
Later, scholarship money, certificates and medals were given to the meritorious students.
