Mijanur Rahman Akanda, Phulpur: Mufti Muhammadullah, the potential MP candidate for Mymensingh-146 (Phulpur-Tarakanda) constituency of Bangladesh Khelafat Majlis, exchanged views with local journalists in Phulpur, Mymensingh. The exchange of views was held at the municipality’s Ghaspharing Restaurant on Saturday afternoon. The event was presided over by the organization’s Phulpur branch president Mufti Azimuddin Shah Jamali, and was attended by Upazila Senior Vice President Maulana Abul Kashem, General Secretary Maulana Anisur Rahman, Organizing Secretary Maulana Faruk Hossain, Tarakanda Upazila branch president Hafez Abdus Sabur Khan, General Secretary Maulana Mofazzal Hossain, and others.
At the event, MP candidate Mufti Muhammadullah said that if his party comes to power, it will bring about massive development in the agricultural sector, including modernization and expansion of religious education, improvement of quality and accessibility of healthcare, development of roads, rural infrastructure, fair prices for agricultural products, etc. In addition, his party will run the state according to Islamic ideals in all areas, including employment of youth, development of religious and moral consciousness, development of mosques and madrasas, human service, social welfare, elimination of drug addiction, terrorism, lawlessness, elimination of all anti-social activities, and establishment of justice and fairness. At this time, he sought the cooperation of journalists in promoting his party locally and overall.
