B Mirror Desk: After the 2-day ultimatum passed by Bar & Associates, a case was filed in the Division of the Honorable High Court in the name of ISKCON, Shyamoli Paribahan and 4 advisors of the current interim government on December 16, 2024.
The defendants in the case are respectively: 1. ISKCON, 2. Shyamoli Paribahan, 3. Honorable Chief Advisor, 4. Home Affairs Advisor, Law and Justice Advisor and Religious Affairs Advisor. Case No. 16479/2024, Date: 26-12-2024 was filed. When Bar & Associates was asked about this, Bakhtiar Ahmed Rony said, the current interim government is leading the country to further harm in the name of reform and repair of the country. Be it a civil war or a war with another country, they are behaving in this way. Which is harmful for our country. Moreover, the people of the country are also being affected. I will try till my last breath to protect the country and the general public. Therefore, I have first sought fair trial in the Honorable Court through a legal case. If the Honorable High Court Division does not take any action, then I have already said, I am saying again that the counting will start on July 37, God willing. I believe that I have the support of all classes of people, including ordinary students. I have only one thing to say: I have not done anything wrong for the past 8 years and I have not allowed anyone to do so. Although I have failed in many places because of the ruling party, this time, God willing, I will not fail. When asked whether he wants to become an advisor, Bakhtiar Ahmed Roni, the head of Bar and Associates, said, “If I had the greed/infatuation of being an advisor or a position, I would have entered politics.” I consider myself a patriot and a social worker.
