Staff Correspondent: Bakhtiar Ahmed Roni, the head of BAR & Associates, celebrated the 2 Victory Days on December 16th and July-August 2024.
The 2 Victory Days were observed by students of various educational institutions including madrasahs and the general public in the areas under Jatrabari, Kadamtali, Demra, Shyampur police stations. Everyone present enjoyed the joy of victory by hoisting the national flag inside the Jatrabari police station of Dhaka Metropolitan Police. Bar & Associates arranged food and water for about 20 thousand people. Everyone, including the police force, cooperated with Bar & Associates. Scenes of the 1971 freedom fighters and the July 2024 mass uprising were shown on LED TV at Jatrabari intersection. The general public was happy to see this scene on the one hand and on the other hand, they expressed their feelings with tears in their eyes by reminiscing. When asked about the name of one person, he said, “If the current government had done even 10 percent of the social activities that Bar & Associates is doing, our country would have become a golden country.” When asked about another person, he said, “The current government has failed to reform and repair the country. Bar & Associates is doing a better job than that.” When asked about Bar & Associates’s CEO, Mr. Bakhtiar Ahmed Roni, the third person said, “The current interim government thinks in its heart that it has law enforcement and several students. But I have something more than that. That is – Almighty Allah and the Prophet (PBUH).
However, I will not let them be questioned. So I have decided that I will reform and repair the country with my constitution, law enforcement, students and the general public, Insha-Allah.” Maulana Sadiq, Prithu, Deepta, Riya, Tausif, Asikuzzaman and many others will deliver speeches during the celebration of the event.
