Chuadanga Correspondent: A two-day long tri-district cattle fair was inaugurated in the district town today.
Secretary of the Fisheries and Livestock Ministry Dr Nahid Rashid inaugurated the fair in Town Hall Playground this morning.
President of Bangladesh Dairy Farmers Association Mohammad Imran Hossain chaired the function attended by Deputy Commissioner Kissinger Chakma and Police Super Abdullah Al Mamun.
A total of 252 cattle of different breeds from Kushtia, Meherpur and Chuadanga were brought to the fair ground.
Farm owners will be trained in the fair organized by Bangladesh Dairy Farmers Association.
