Rajshahi Bureau: Community Policing Day-2022 was celebrated in Rajshahi metropolis with the slogan ‘Santhi-Srinkhla Sangharta’ as the motto of community policing.
On Saturday morning at 9.30 a.m. Rajshahi Metropolitan Police and Community Policing Forum organized a colorful rally from Rajshahi Alupatti Mor to Rajshahi College to celebrate Community Policing Day 2022 and a discussion meeting was held at Rajshahi College auditorium after the opening ceremony at Rajshahi College premises. Wheelchairs were distributed among children, women, youth and elderly with special needs.
Prof. Md. Abdul Khalek, Convener, Rajshahi Metropolitan Community Policing Coordinating Committee was present as the chief guest at the event presided over by RMP Police Commissioner Md. Abu Kalam Siddique.
The event was also attended by Professor Zinatun Nesa Talukder, former Minister of State, Rajshahi, Lieut.
