Desk Report: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Religion Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdul Aziz Alosh met four top leaders of Bangladesh Jamiat Ahle Hadith. They paid a courtesy call on Thursday at the office of the Minister of Religion in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
At the special invitation and state hospitality of Saudi Minister of Religion Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdul Aziz Alosh Sheikh, President of Bangladesh Jamiat Ahle Hadith Professor Dr. Abdullah Farooq, Advisor of Bangladesh Jamiat Ahle Hadith and former Mayor of Dhaka South City Corporation Mohammad Saeed Khokon, Vice President of Bangladesh Jamiat Ahle Hadith and head of Madrasah Mohammadiyya Arabia Awlad Hussain, and Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Shahidullah Khan Madani, Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamiat Ahle Hadith, are staying in Saudi Arabia on a five-day visit.
As part of this visit, they met Abdul Latif bin Abdul Aziz Alosh Shaikh. The minister welcomed the assembled leaders very nicely and cordially. Bilateral issues were discussed in the meeting. Apart from this, the minister expressed his satisfaction with the overall activities of Jamiat and gave important directions. At this time, the minister was presented with a memento of honor from Jamiat Ahle Hadith. Minister also gave valuable gifts to Jamiat leaders.
