Call to stand by the cold-stricken people

The leaders said this at the central executive council meeting of Khilafat Majlis in the capital on Wednesday night.
The leaders said that Myanmar on our eastern border is unstable. There is a fear of a new influx of Rohingya refugees and the process of resettling the old ones in their own country is facing challenges. The country’s reform process is ongoing. In this situation, the unity of patriotic students and the public must be further consolidated.
The meeting held at the central office of the Khelafat Majlis was presided over by Nayebe Ameer Maulana Ahmed Ali Qasemi. Under the guidance of Secretary General Dr. Ahmed Abdul Kader, Nayebe Ameer Professor Abdullah Farid, Joint Secretaries General Advocate Jahangir Hossain, Muhammad Muntasir Ali, Dr. Mostafizur Rahman Faisal, Professor Abdul Jalil, Organizing Secretary Advocate Mizanur Rahman, Muhaddis Sheikh Salah Uddin, Training and Publication Secretary Professor Kazi Minhajul Alam, Finance Secretary Abu Salehin, Social Welfare Secretary Dr. Rifat Hossain Malik, Publicity and Information Secretary Engineer Abdul Hafiz Khasru, Youth Affairs Secretary Tauhidul Islam Tuhin were present among others.
