BM Desk: Fair Electronics Ltd has introduced new air conditioners and televisions from Hisense, a leading Chinese consumer electronics brand, manufactured in Bangladesh, catering to customer needs.
Fair Group Director Mutassim Daiaan officially inaugurated the products’ marketing and sales during a press conference held at Fair Electronics SmartPlaza in Dhaka on Saturday.
Top officials of Hisense, including Wong Enlien Jason and Liu Jiansheng, along with Fair Group’s Chief Marketing Officer Mohammed Mesbah Uddin, among others, were present at the event.
Speaking at the function, Mutassim Daiaan highlighted that the Fair Group has broadened its horizons by introducing a new dimension to its progress by stepping up AC and TV production and marketing in Bangladesh.
“Hisense’s vast portfolio of electronics products is well-received across the globe. Gradually, its other products will also be manufactured and marketed in Bangladesh,” he said.
He added that employment and national development through industrialization and trade development will be accelerated by the efforts of joint ventures.
He said that this joint venture would accelerate employment and development through industrialisation and trade expansion. “Like other countries in the world, Hisense will emerge as the number one electronics brand in Bangladesh,” he expressed his optimism.
Fair Group Chief Financial Officer Kazi Nasir Uddin, Head of Supply Chain Arifur Rahman, Head of Business Strategy Rayan Rahman, Head of Communication and Corporate Philanthropy Hasnain Khurshed, Head of Marketing JM Taslim Kabir and Director of Fair Solutions Limited Khandaker Hafiz Al Asad, among other, were also present at the press conference.
