Manikganj Correspondent: Tosaddek Hossain Khan Tito CIP, the director of FBCCI (5th time) and Publicity & Publication Secretary of Manikganj District Awami League distributed 2000 blankets among the needy in Manikganj.
On Saturday morning, blankets were distributed to their own residences in the Gangadharpatti area of the city and later to various Madrasas and orphanages.
Family members of Tosaddek Hossain Khan Tito, Awami League leaders, human rights activists, journalists, social workers and dignitaries and public representatives from various areas were present in the distribution ceremony.
In this regard, Tosaddek Hossain Khan Tito said that PM Sheikh Hasina always thinks about common people, common people are made rich by their hard work. So it is a big thing to do something for the common people from everyone’s place. This blanket will reach all the unions of Sadar and Saturia upazila until the severity of winter subsides. List of the needy in all union wards is being done through Awami League activists and local social workers.
