BSS, DHAKA: Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun today said the government established Pragati Industries Limited to manufacture own brand cars.
“The present government has undertaken massive activities to build smart Bangladesh. Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation (BSEC) and all the industrial institutions under its jurisdiction are working to accelerate the country’s development activities,” he said.
The minister said this while inaugurating a modern showroom and sales center in Tejgaon area in the city, said a press release.
Humayun said modern showrooms and sales centers of the Pragati Industries Limited have been set up to facilitate and improve customer service.
“It also has a modern warehouse. Customers can now easily view and purchase cars from this showroom,” he added.
