Special Correspondent: Hizla Upazila Society, Dhaka’s Iftar and Dua ceremony was successfully held at the Seminar Hall of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh with the spontaneous presence of the distinguished members and invited guests on Friday.
Dr. Dewan Azad Rahman, Convenor of the Society presided over the event, while Member Secretary Kazi Emdad Hossain conducted the event . The event was marked by a warm and joyful family bond with the presence of Mohammad Khorshed Alam, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Mohammad Shahidul Islam, Chief Scientific Officer, Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission, Dewan Baki Ullah, former teacher, Motijheel Ideal School and College, Mohammad Aftab-e-Alam, social worker, Dewan Takir Raihan, social worker, and actress Naima Alam Maha.
Former APS of the ex-Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, Mohiuddin Khan Mohan, along with other distinguished personalities from the Upazila also present among the special invitees. Among the attendees from the 2025 sub-committee members of the Hizla Upazila Society, present at the event were Kazi Bahuddin Azam, Advocate Mohammad Saiful Islam, MM Rahmatullah, Mohammad Sirajul Islam Joy, Mohammad Rezaul Karim, Engineer Kazi Taslim, and Mohammad Mohiuddin.
The General Secretary of Hizla Upazila Society, Kazi Emdad Hossain, expressed gratitude to all the members, invited guests, and everyone who contributed to the success of the event.
