MOON Desk: Islami Bank Bangladesh Local Office organized a discussion and prayer program titled `Prosperous Bangladesh` at the branch premises on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of Mahan Vijay.
Under the chairmanship of the bank`s Executive Vice President and Head of Local Office Mr. Md. Zakir Hossain, Branch General Banking Incharge Mr. AM Mazharul Islam, Foreign Exchange Incharge Mr. Md. Ashraful Alam and Investment Incharge Mr. Abul Kalam Azad were present as special guests in the event. In the presence of officers and employees of various ranks of the branch, the negotiators remembered the best children of the nation who participated in the great liberation war at the call of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. To accelerate the actual achievement of victory, he instructed the officials to play a role in building a self-reliant, hunger-free and prosperous Bangladesh. Finally, the ceremony was concluded by praying for the peace of the souls of the martyrs in the liberation war and for the welfare of the nation.
