Moon Desk: Jessore Zone of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC organized a discussion program on ‘Compliance of Shari‘ah in Banking Operations’ on 14 October 2023 at Jessore Zonal offfice. Proffessor Dr. Abdus Samad, Member Secretary, Sharia’h Supervisory Committee of the bank addressed the program as chief guest and Muhammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder, Deputy Managing Director of the bank as special guest. Md. Shamsuddoha, Executive Vice President of Shari‘ah secretariat presented the keynote. Md. Shafiul Azam, Head of Jessore Zone presided over the program while Md. Sarowar Hossain, Head of Jessore branch addressed the welcome speech. Executives, officials, clients of the Zone attended the program.
