Staff Reporter: The annual sports competition and prize distribution of Lotus Model High School was held in Tongi.
The day-long sports competition was held at Amjad Ali Sarkar School grounds on Saturday. In the afternoon, the prize distribution ceremony was presided over by the school’s headmaster SM Sobahan Iqbal, and the president of Tongi East Thana BNP, Sarkar Jabed Ahmed Suman, was present as the chief guest. The general secretary of Tongi East Thana BNP, Alhaj Gazi Salahuddin, was present as the opening speaker. The special guests who spoke at the ceremony were Amjad Ali Sarkar School and College Principal Abdur Razzak Miah, former president of Tongi Press Club Syed Atiq, Principal Md. Jabed Iqbal, BNP leader Sanchit Robi Das, Ramzan Hossain Billal, Noor Mostafa Khan and Suraiya Mahmuda.
