Online Desk: A Muslim youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Rajouri district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the deceased has been identified as Abdul Majid, a resident of Rachwa. He was found dead near his home. The police have taken cognizance of the matter and initiated an investigation.
It is pertinent to mention that on March 22, another youth from Rajouri, identified as Raja Ibrar Khan, was found dead in Samba under similar mysterious conditions.
Meanwhile, All Parties Hurriyat Conference senior leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has called for a firm fight against any attempt to disrupt the traditional atmosphere of communal harmony in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, while addressing a grand ceremony held in Srinagar on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of the Fourth Caliph Hazrat Ali (RA), said: “Our mosques, seminaries, khanqahs and imambargahs should be used to promote mutual unity and solidarity instead of sectarian hatred.
He paid glowing tributes to Hazrat Ali (RA) for his eternal sacrifices, services, justice, bravery and academic achievements for Islam and the Prophet Muhammad, saying that Hazrat Ali (RA), who was born in the Ka’aba and raised in the arms of the Prophet Muhammad, was among the first people to accept Islam and dedicated his entire life to Islam and humanity.
Mirwaiz said that the book Nahjul-Balagha, containing Hazrat Ali’s profound wisdom and insight, ethics, discipline and his insightful sermons on human nature, is an academic masterpiece from which scholars, sages and intellectuals of every era have benefited.
