Md Mijanur Rahman Akanda, Phulpur: The 46th National Science and Technology Week and Science Fair was held in Phulpur, Mymensingh.
The fair was held at the Upazila Hallroom on Wednesday under the supervision of the National Science and Technology Museum. Upazila Executive Officer Sadia Islam Seema was present as the chief guest. Assistant Commissioner (Land) Mehedi Hasan Faruk, Upazila Agriculture Officer Faruk Ahmed, Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Humayun Kabir, Secondary Education Officer Nasrin Akhter, Project Implementation Officer Ashish Karmakar among others were present. Teachers and local journalists were also present at the fair.
The program was hosted by Agricultural Extension Officer Kamrul Hasan Kamu.
Thirteen educational institutions in the upazila, including Phulpur Government Degree College, Women’s Degree College and Women’s Madrasa, participated in the fair this year.
