Lakshmipur Correspondent: Dreams for Youth, a voluntary non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare and youth development, has unveiled its new executive committee for the 2026–2028 term.
The nine-member committee was officially announced on Thursday morning in accordance with the organization’s constitution, marking the beginning of a new leadership phase aimed at expanding community-focused initiatives in Raipur upazila.
Nuruddin Javed has been appointed as President, while Jihad Hossain will serve as General Secretary. The committee also includes Jannat Mehbuba as Vice President and Naznin Ara Priti as Joint General Secretary.
Other key positions are held by Tanzil Hasan as Organizing Secretary, Israt Jahan as Treasurer, Ashraful Islam as Office Secretary, and Meghla Rani Das as Publicity and Communications Secretary. Joy Saha has been included as a member of the committee.
Speaking on the occasion, Founding President Nuruddin Javed expressed optimism about the new leadership, stating that the committee will work actively over the next two years to strengthen social welfare activities and promote youth engagement.
He emphasized that the organization will prioritize voluntary service initiatives and intensify anti-drug awareness campaigns as part of its mission to build a healthier and more responsible youth community.
Dreams for Youth has been recognized locally for its grassroots efforts, and the newly formed committee is expected to further accelerate its outreach and impact across the region.
