Moon Desk : The government has decreased the bus fare by 5 paisa per kilometer following the reduction in the prices of fuel oil.
The Bangladesh Toad Transport Authority (BRTA) took the decision in a meeting with the stakeholders at its Banani office in the capital of Dhaka on Wednesday.
According to the decision, now bus fare in Dhaka and Chattogram cities decreased to Tk 2.45 from Tk 2.50 while long-haul bus fare is Tk 2.15, previously which was Tk 2.20.
