Indian troops martyr two Kashmiri youth in Budgam fake encounter
Moon Desk: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred two youth in a fake encounter in Budgam district.
Indian troops and paramilitary forces during a cordon and search operation stopped a vehicle at main Chowk near court area of the district.
The troops dislodged the youth from the vehicle and shot them dead on spot. The locals said that the youth were killed in cold blood.
Meanwhile, in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has said that the present dispensation in India led by Narendra Modi is snatching properties and lands of Muslims and Dalits particularly in Jammu region.
APHC leaders Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori, Zamruda Habib, Yasmeen Raja, Fahrida Bahenji, Dr Musaib, Advocate Davinder Singh Behl and Maulana Sajid Nadvi in their statements in Srinagar and Jammu said, the Hindutva regime under a big conspiracy is involved in the heinous practice to root out Muslims and Dalits from Jammu region like it had done in 1947.
The leaders said the hidden agenda of Hindutva organizations under the umbrella of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is to thrust Hindu fascism in the Muslim majority Jammu and Kashmir.
“As for as our geographical, cultural and religious affiliations are concerned, Kashmir in no way are a part of India, and people of Kashmir never accepted Indian illegal military occupation and their so-called instrument of accession,” the leaders said.
They urged political parties, groups and individuals to desist from lending a hand to Hindutva politics and oppose attempts to occupation of lands to alter Muslim majority character of Jammu and Kashmir, as Kashmiris are rendering unparalleled sacrifices for the sacred cause of right to self determination.
The resistance leaders called the situation in occupied Kashmir as volatile and said apart from instilling fear of the Indian forces in people to dissuade them from their political struggle, all space for the resistance leadership has been chocked and leaders are being pressured to stop representing the sentiments of the Kashmiri people.
Meanwhile, Chairman of Pasban-e-Hurriyat, Uzair Ahmad Ghazali, in a statement issued in Muzaffarabad strongly condemned the brutal actions of the Modi government to evict the citizens of IIOJK from their lands under the new laws. He said the move is part of the Modi regime’s systematic colonial settler plan to change the demographic composition of the occupied territory.
