Special Correspondent: National Life Insurance PLC has honored 20 officials from its head office for achieving policy marketing targets and delivering outstanding performance in premium collection.
The awards were presented at a ceremony held at the company’s head office on July 1, recognizing the winners of the premium collection competition for May and June. The initiative was aimed at encouraging excellence in policy marketing and acknowledging employees’ contributions to the company’s continued growth.
The award ceremony was presided over by Chief Executive Officer Md. Kazim Uddin, while Chairman Tofazzal Hossain attended as the chief guest.
Among those who addressed the gathering were Additional Managing Director Md. Khasru Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer Probir Chandra Das, FCA, and Deputy Managing Director Md. Abul Kasem. The event was conducted by Assistant Managing Director Md. Enamul Haque. Deputy Managing Director Bahar Uddin Majumdar and other senior executives of the company were also present.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Tofazzal Hossain said National Life remains committed to ensuring the highest level of protection for customers’ funds and places the utmost importance on the timely settlement of insurance claims. He noted that while many insurance companies face difficulties in paying claims on schedule, National Life continues to deliver claim payments to customers within the stipulated timeframe.
Chief Executive Officer Md. Kazim Uddin said prompt settlement of insurance claims strengthens customer confidence, leading to higher policy sales and enhancing the company’s reputation. He added that National Life’s increasing premium collection reflects the coordinated efforts, dedication and commitment of employees at all levels of the organization.
