Gazipur Correspondent: Certificates, cash awards, and honors were distributed to meritorious students who received scholarships in the Class-5 Private Primary Scholarship Examination organized by Gazipur Private School Association, Tongi Purbo Thana.
The award ceremony was held Friday afternoon at the United Model Academy auditorium in Tongi.
Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdur Rob, Vice Chancellor of Manarat International University, attended as Chief Guest and handed over the prize money, certificates, and medals to the students.
The event was presided over by the association’s president, Md. Abdul Matin. Special guests who spoke included Assistant Professor Abul Kalam Azad of Ta’mirul Millat Kamil Madrasah ‘and former Tongi Press Club President Syed Atik.
The programme was moderated by Md. Shahabuddin, General Secretary of Gazipur Private School Association, Tongi Purbo Thana.
Invited guests present included Muhammad Hedayet Ullah, President of Gazipur Private School Association, Tongi West Thana; Md. Chan Miah Prodhan, Convener of the Scholarship Management Subcommittee; Member Secretary SM Sobahan Iqbal; and Central Secretaries Shamim Ahmad, Md. Mosleh Uddin Rajib, Md. Sohel Bhuiyan, Matiur Rahman, and Motahar Hossain.
After the discussion session, the scholarship recipients were awarded cash, certificates, and medals.
